RYNo

Ryan “RYNo” Bahlman, Born in Truckee, CA and raised through High School in Incline Village, Lake Tahoe was introduced to art and encouraged to keep doodling at an early age by his Mother, Jan Marie Bahlman. RYNo’s passion for art as well as new found love for snowboarding opened the door to the world of graphic design in the board industry. RYNo’s ability to snowboard is at the level that could have taken him to the professional side of something that meant so
much to him but chose not to, by recognizing the packaging and commercialization of something that needed to be kept sacred.

All the while keeping involved through his artwork. RYNo began designing art for Volcom clothing in the early 1990’s where he met Jamie Lynn and Mike Parillo, two very talented artists as well as shredders, who gave RYNo the opportunity to start designing snowboard graphics for Lib Technologies in 2000. RYNo’s art can be seen exclusively on the TRS Series and Travis Rice’s Pro Models for 2009-10. RYNo was is one of the twenty-three top artists to be paired up with one of the twenty-three most well known photographers in the snowboard industry for a
collaboration art exhibit “I AM Snowboarding” in memory of Jeffrey Lin Anderson, a fallen friend and an amazing snowboarder. RYNo recently held his own solo show called, “Electronic Aquarium” at AR4T Gallery (Artists Republic for Tomorrow) in Laguna Beach,
CA. In 2018, RYNo was hired as a set design artist for REDBULL to paint large vert ramps for a skateboard commercial in Graz, Austria featuring Brazillian pro skater, Pedro Barros. Entitled “Pedro’s Bigger Picture” on YouTube. RYNo’s love for the environments that he surrounds himself with can be seen displayed in the vivid colorful images that always bring a smile to our faces.
